About 2 weeks back, i bought a mop head to replace my old one! and i realised that part of it was broken! it was about 3 pounds something, so i said “hey i want to return it!” so i did, went to customer service she asked why? the normal customer service return a product questions. i said “cos its broken” and the old lady typed away on her computer and i stood there looking at her, and she said, “the company will contact you” trust me not to pay too much attention cos i didnt think much of the return. i popped in my card and got back my 3.17. fast forward last friday, i get back from school, and i get a letter with my name on it. “YAY” (i love receiving mails) i open it and TAAADDDAAAA A letter from the Head office customer service centre at Dundee apologizing for the dissapointing mop and included a 5pound money card!!! hahahaha! Long live TESCO!!! Good customer service i say!!!!

guess what i thot of when i watched it the 3rd time… “will the ADM/DM students ever be able to create something this beautiful and captivating in the nearest future?”

Gosh… such high bars already set in the industry…
